We collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth for age verification, and payment identifiers such as your UPI handle or Paytm number. We also log device type, IP address and session activity for security purposes.

Yes. Log in, go to Account Settings, and use the data download option. Alternatively, email our privacy team with your account email and we will send a structured export of your stored personal data within 30 days.

Submit a deletion request through Account Settings or by emailing the privacy team. We will verify your identity first, then remove personal data from live systems within 60 days, subject to retention obligations under applicable Indian law.

We share data only with payment processors handling UPI, Paytm or PhonePe transactions, and with identity verification providers. All third parties are bound by data processing agreements that prohibit them from using your data for any other purpose.

Transaction records are kept for the period required by applicable Indian financial regulations. Once that retention period expires and your account is closed or you have requested deletion, those records are purged from our systems within 60 days.
